A cozy retreat with sound challenges
The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with well-decorated rooms and a welcoming staff who treat every guest with kindness. Being steps away from the beach made morning strolls unforgettable.
However, the noise level was problematic. roosters start crowing very early, disrupting sleep. Additionally, there wasn't much space to hang clothes, which left the room feeling cramped at times.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive.
During my stay, the noise level was unbearable. Roosters began crowing at 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep in. Additionally, the shared kitchen was chaotic with other guests being inconsiderate, leaving no space for peaceful cooking or dining.

The spacious twin room was a highlight, providing a comfortable stay. The cleaning woman impressed me. she was diligent and even took care of some spiders I found. I loved the common kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, which made cooking easy. The staff treated me with respect, accommodating my specific requests. However, I faced an issue with poor internet connectivity and missed having a coffee steamer for my morning brew. Also, carrying the large keys around was a bit cumbersome. While the location felt secure with its entrance doors, I think better attention to guest communication in English would enhance the experience for non-Spanish speakers.

Loved the air con in our cozy double room and the super close beach access. Only downside was the tight space – no room to hang clothes. Still, a solid stay overall!

Internet could use improvement, and the large keys were a bit cumbersome to carry.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sunset Catalina! The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals easily. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable during my stay.
No community area to relax.

The Double Room with Private Bathroom was comfy and well-maintained. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the bathroom was a good size. However, it could get cramped with not much space for hanging clothes. Still, for 3 nights, it was a solid choice overall.
